Automatically restore windows as monitors are connected and disconnected?

I'm looking for a Windows 7 equivalent to the Mac OS utility Stay that
let's you "automatically restore windows as displays are connected and
disconnected".
By restoring a window I mean to put the window back into its previous
location and size. When I undock my laptop, the windows get moved onto the
laptop's screen. When I later dock the laptop back, connecting my external
monitor(s), I'd like the windows to move back onto the monitor they were
on before undocking.
